Kayson Graphite is a manufacturer focusing on the R&D, production and custom processing of graphite products. Our products are split into two main lines: full graphite anti-corrosion equipment for acidic and alkaline working conditions, and high-precision custom graphite machined parts made to customer drawings, meeting varied purchasing needs from domestic and overseas customers.

We produce block-hole and tubular graphite heat exchangers, graphite pipes, graphite tanks, graphite reactors, graphite absorption towers, graphite condensers and graphite evaporators. These anti-corrosion graphite products are widely used in the chlor-alkali industry. The chlor-alkali production process involves highly corrosive substances including chlorine gas, caustic soda and concentrated hydrochloric acid, which easily damage ordinary metal equipment. Graphite boasts great chemical stability. It can stand long-term corrosion from chlorine, acid and alkaline materials without rusting, and avoids heavy metal pollution to keep raw materials pure. Besides pressure-resistant graphite vessels, graphite packing and graphite nozzles are also indispensable filling and flow control materials for chlor-alkali production. Supporting graphite spare parts such as graphite bearings, agitator blades, mechanical seal rings and graphite flanges are available. The complete set of graphite equipment and matching graphite parts covers all chlor-alkali production steps including electrolysis, cooling, absorption and evaporation, and solves common production issues like high-temperature medium leakage and part corrosion and wear. This graphite anti-corrosion product line also works well for fluorochemicals, fine chemicals, pharmaceutical raw material production, hydrometallurgy, organic acid food processing, and waste gas & acid wastewater treatment with corrosive environments.

We also make all kinds of high-precision custom graphite machined parts with different graphite purity levels for nine mainstream industries. Ultra-high-purity graphite crucibles, graphite boxes, graphite trays, graphite susceptors and graphite fixtures for photovoltaic and semiconductor production have extremely low impurity content and will not contaminate silicon wafers and chips. For lithium battery and new energy industries, we provide graphite saggers, graphite boxes and graphite racks for anode sintering, anti-corrosion splitters for electrolyte processing, and tailor-made grooved graphite bipolar plates for hydrogen fuel cells. Custom graphite electrodes with complex curved surfaces and deep cavities are used for precision machining of plastic, die-casting and hardware molds in the EDM mold industry.
